Our Orthopaedic Mattress is manufactured using either 13.5G or 12.5G spring and hand picked polyester padding and foam layers topped with a soft layer of Memory Foam... Hand Tufted for added support and comfort.
 
The two types of springs provide different level of comfort and fee. For a Medium to Firm mattress, 12.5G German Spring Unit is the best option, however if you prefer a more softer mattress then 13.5G Spring is the one to go for.
